Breakdown of Donation Investments

In 2011, we will invest $1,825,652 in our community:

$1,253,525 in 46 ongoing programs at 24 community organizations.
$35,568 invested in new and innovative programs through additional grants and sponsorships to community organizations.
$536,559 was designated by donors to United Way Partner Agencies, other United Ways and other registered Canadian charities.

We have funded programs in each of the five Community Priorities.

Each investment addresses either immediate needs and crisis support and/or longer-term solutions to the underlying causes and social issues.
