Children and Youth Reach their Potential
As the future of our community, children and youth need to live, learn and grow in supportive, nurturing environments. Investments in children and youth now, mean lasting and positive differences in the ability of children and youth to succeed throughout their lives. We make these investments early, when they will lead to the greatest results over time. Your investment supports the community by making help available for children and youth. See a complete list of the programs that your investment supports or check out our Priority Sheet on Youth.

Client Success Story

“THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!”
Rifaat is 12 and attends the Drop-in Rec Program at the YMCA, simply called “The Z.” He joined other members on a trip to a Toronto Argonauts game. Like most of the group, Rifaat had never been to a professional sports game, or to Toronto. His name was drawn to go onto the football field and receive a jersey. There he met Jeff Johnson, an Argo who took his jersey and his gloves off and handed them to Rifaat, saying “The jersey is for everybody at the Z, but these are for you.” Rifaat said it was the best day of his life.
